In the first two weeks of February a group of cardiologists and health professionals, are trading in white coats for bike pants and beginning an epic cycle ride that will cover the length of New Zealand.

Their aim is to boost awareness of heart disease prevention and help raise $1 million for the Heart Foundation's Cardiovascular Research Fund.
Every cent we raise will go directly towards an essential chair in new preventive heart health research at the University of Auckland, which will benefit All New Zealanders.

Along the way the group will engage with locals and stage fundraising events in selected towns to raise awareness of heart health from Cape Reinga to Bluff.

We need your support to complete the mission of fundraising $1m!
