Good nutrition starts on the bike! |
In the first two weeks of February I will be joining a group of cardiologists and health professionals, trading in our white coats for bike pants and beginning an epic cycle ride that will cover the length of New Zealand. I will ride the first 3 stages from Cape Reinga to Auckland. |
