This year Chris was found to have angina because he realised he was getting breathless during his running. He had a stint put in and is now running again, thanks to the expertise of his special"plumber'.
Most of my mother's siblings suffered ome or more strokes. THere is a strong history of cardiac problems in both my parents families.
Therefore I have good incentive to keep fit myself and also to help the Heart foundation keep up their goodwork.
So, help me as I join the race to beat heart disease.

I’ve signed up as a Heart Racer to raise money to support The National Heart Foundation of New Zealand. By donating through my webpage you will be helping the Heart Foundation continue its vital work in research, cardiac rehabilitation, education programmes and resources.
