Dad surprised to see me after his heart attack. In fairness I did burst in the door, camera in hand, unannounced from New Zealand (and in hindsight, happy that the surprise didn't prompt another attack)

This cause is personal to me: we know there are hereditary heart issues in our own family.
Dad had a heart attack at an early age - and we are grateful he's able to be around to joke about it.
Some family members younger than me face the uneviable possibility of taking daily medication for the rest of their lives in order to keep their heart health 'regular'.

I dedicate this mammoth effort to my family, the Jefferys, to the thousands of New Zealanders constantly affected by heart conditions, and of course to you, for sponsoring this brilliant cause with your hard-earned cash. THANK YOU.
