So this running just sort of started and isn't really stopping. I am doing this 10k for my brother that I lost to heart disease when he was 31. I figure that every little bit someone does for the cure can help.

So this run is for the fundraising of heart disease. No good dead is taken lightly and I want to do everything in my power to stop this disease from hurting another family or taking another life.

The 10k will be in Alexandria, Louisiana March 14th early in the morning.

I'll do all the hard work (train for and complete the event), but I really need you to make a difference to the hearts.
