Hi Everyone

I am running the marathon as part of my own continued efforts to keep healthy and be around on this earth for a few more years to come. Whilst I am running for my own personal goals I will be definately taking the opportunity to run for charity and what better charity than the Heart Foundation to run for.

Given I have a peg leg or two and that running has never been my passion I am aiming to give it my best shot and target a completion in 4 hours (or as close to as possible). If I can take the time to train and run it, take the time to sponsor me and know that you have done something good.
