After 2005 half marathon

2nd November. Well I finished the quarter marathon in 1 hour and 6 minutes. I enjoyed it, and was happy to 1) finish without injury, and 2) run the whole way. Looking out for the next event now - maybe a half marathon in April. Robyn xxx

9th October. Just to let you know that I have had to switch from the half to quarter marathon due to injury. I strained my foot, and had to stop training for 2 weeks while I had some physio. But I am back into the training now so looking forward to running the flatter section of the run. I'll look for a half marathon to do next year.

Well I ran the half marathon last year, and really enjoyed the whole event. So I have decided to do it again, and try and improve on last years time. Along the way, to make all the effort more worthwhile, I would like to raise some money for the Heart Foundation. Last year I raised over $1,000, in memory of my Dad, Kevin Smith, who died of a heart attack two and a half years ago.
