Hello everyone

Thankyou so much for your support last year. I felt so good after the training leading up to the event that I want to do it all again. At the same time I am pleased to be supporting such a worthwhile cause, especially the research into the causes of heart disease and the promotion of more healthy eating. I will keep you posted with my progress.
