This is gonna hurt me more than it hurts you!

Mum's brother died of heart disease aged 46. Mum died of heart disease aged 63. 4 of her 6 siblings suffered heart disease by their mid-50s. (I'm planning on taking after Dad!) and both Fran's parents died of heart disease aged 61.

So, please help by sponsoring me as I join the race to beat heart disease.

I'll do the serious pain stuff, and all you have to do is loosen your grip on your wallet / credit card!

I've signed up as a Heart Racer to raise money to support The National Heart Foundation of New Zealand. By donating through my webpage you can help the Heart Foundation continue its vital work in research, cardiac rehab, education programmes and resources.

I'll do all the hard work (train for and complete the event), and you can share my pain, but what I really need is for you to share your money so we can all make a difference to the hearts of New Zealanders.
