Yeah so .. I am running the Auckland half marathon and figured that it'd be a good idea to raise some money for the heart foundation while I'm at it ..

Apparently .. one person every 90 mins dies of heart disease and cardiovascular disease is the single leading cause of death in New Zealand .. 40% of all deaths to be exact .. Wow !!

So really .. you're not giving money to
charity .. you are investing in your future ..

Heart disease is also affecting more people in the 20's and 30's .. so for some of you, you're investing in your very near future .. Just kidding ..
