Hey friends and family,

A brief write up;

This is my first year of running in marathons. I am both excited and anxious of all the race and runs to come. As most of you would have known, i have mod asthma which is an issue from time to time but i believe through ample will power, lots of training and the monthly (try to prevent it from becoming weekly) fast food (just as a reward) should do the trick.

The Adidas marathon in Oct 2010 will be my very first 21km run which i hope to complete under 3 hours and i will try my very best to do so.

DO YOU KNOW?
New research shows that young adults in their 20s and 30s are being admitted to hospital for heart attacks more than ever before, and that this age group is dying at a faster rate than people of the same age in previous generations. Much of this change is due to UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE; POOR EATING HABITS, LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND SMOKING.

So, help me as I join the race to beat heart disease.
